Strategic Plan at Roblealto

"Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain." -Psalm 127:1

By definition, strategic planning is a process through which organizations outline their vision for growth and detail how they will make it a reality. This tool serves as a roadmap that allows everyone in the organization to know where they want to go and how to get there. Every organization needs a plan!

Roblealto has renewed its Strategic Plan, which defines the lines of action for the coming years until 2029.

A process of broad reflection, involving employees, leaders, and the corporate body through dialogue sessions, led the organization to rethink where it wanted to go. Considering that we have 92 years of history and reflecting on all that has been built and how many lives Roblealto has impacted over the decades posed a challenge for us.

This reflection also compelled us to remember and reaffirm our why, our deepest reason for being; our purpose. This brought us inspiration, motivation, and strength to build the next levels of the ladder for Roblealto.

Seeing children, adolescents, and families happy and achieving their life goals is our why. And through a triple impact—economic, social, and environmental—we have outlined the path forward. Talking about objectives, goals, and indicators is exciting… we can discuss this another time. All of these are established in the Strategic Plan.

In the midst of all this, we recall the words of the psalmist who exclaimed, “Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh but in vain.” Psalm 127:1. As an organization, we are filled with a great petition to Almighty God: “We are merely instruments, You build it, protect us always.”

We have placed our faith in Him so that the Strategic Plan will lead us to showcase the impact Roblealto makes through our services, from the accompaniment model in all programs to the administrative, financial, and technological platforms, human talent, and resource management.

The same conviction we have in these processes, we have for the lives of the children, adolescents, families, and collaborators; God can show us the path of life, where there is fullness of joy and endless delight
